After checking into our hotel and having a bit of rest we venturned out into the streets of Taipei. Taxis were cheap, $7 for a 20 minute ride! We visited the Museum of World Religons something my mum wanted to see, then later on in the afternoon headed out on a small group tour that took us to the Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall to see the changing of the guard, saw one of the 8000 temples in Taiwan, saw lots of the 9 millon scooters in Taiwan, along with the National Palace Museum. It was a great day, but we were in bed pretty early that night!
