We stopped in two villages in the Coswolds, a small village Minster Lovell with lovely thatched roofs, delightful cottages and the ruins of an old manor house.
After that we headed to the bigger market town of Burford were we were free to wander for a bit and get some lunch.
Then it was off to Oxford, where it was just in awe of one magnificent building after the other.
Then it was an hour back on the train to Paddington a great day with our guide Richard.
