Abbeville and Rambures

Next we headed further out toward the coast to the large town of Abbeyville. Bill's grandfather had been here and had photographed a street that had been shelled and later rebuilt. We think we got the right view of the street. I don't know what the French think of these strange Aussies running around photographing somewhat normal streets! We then went on to Rambures and took a photo of the same Chateau that Eric had taken over 100 years ago and he would have worked in it for a while, it was a magnificent building.
